WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley, known for his legendary career and iconic matchups across various wrestling promotions, is gearing up for his retirement. With a desire to participate in one last Death Match, Foley is taking steps to prepare for this significant final bout.
In a recent revelation, Mick Foley disclosed his contemplation of coming out of retirement for a final match on his 60th birthday. The Hall of Famer clarified that if this return were to happen, it would be in the context of a deathmatch, specifying that it would take place outside of WWE.
To prepare for this monumental event, Foley has embarked on a weight loss journey, aiming to shed 100 pounds. He shared his initial weigh-in on Instagram, starting at 360 lbs with a goal weight of 275 lbs. In a video documenting his progress, Foley demonstrated determination as he surpassed expectations by planking for 26 seconds and successfully completing his first workout.
