The Women’s Elimination Chamber match set to take place at the name-sake event in Perth Australia next week will now see added to the chamber match with a golden opportunity hanging in the balance.
The qualifier match pitted Zelina Vega against the SmackDown upstart Tiffany Stratton on this week’s episode of SmackDown. Vega has been very vocal about ascending to the main event for a long time, while Tiffany aimed to spread ‘Tiffy Time’ all over the blue brand to begin her main roster run.
Both WWE superstars went back and forth in a fast-paced wrestling match with Vega and Stratton displaying amazing athleticism throwing everything at each other to clinch the coveted spot in the Elimination Chamber. However, the match also saw the Legado Del Fantasma members Angel, Berto, Elektra Lopez, and Zelina’s old ally, Santos Escobar watching from the audience.
However, the field was leveled by Vega’s LWO faction who came down to ringside to make sure the match went fair. But a little trash-talking and altercation with Electra Lopez ringside cost Vega as Tiffany dropped her to the mat and delivered her amazing moonsault to pick up the win.
With her impressive win, she will now join Becky Lynch, Bianca Belair, and Liv Morgan in the Chamber match. The winner of the grueling bout will face Rhea Ripley for the WWE Women’s World title at WrestleMania 40.
