John Cena is known to spread his Superman wings across his home turf, WWE, and his current workfront, Hollywood. With the Super Bowl season going on in full force, The Cenation Leader had a message for the NFL star Rob Gronkowski.
The 16-time World champion took to his X to call out the former New England Patriots athlete. He stated that Gronk would miss Superbowl Kick of Destiny by Fan Duel, much like not being part of the actual extravaganza.
“Hey Rob Gronkowski, you going to miss the Fan Duel Kick of Destiny too.”
Cena looked very much agitated in his statement which ended abruptly before he could finish his words. Gronk on the other hand, has been in Las Vegas for a while where he got married to his long-time Camille Kostek.
Meanwhile, John Cena has returned to the Hollywood scene, following an extended WWE run last summer. He was a regular fixture on SmackDown and was last seen competing on WWE Crown Jewel.
The Champ suffered a massive defeat at the hands of Solo Sikoa. Moreover, he recently stated that his days inside a WWE ring are coming to an end soon.
With WrestleMania 40 coming up, it will be interesting to see if WWE pulls in one of their biggest superstars of all time and book him for a blockbuster encounter at the Showcase of the Immortals.
Do you think John Cena will compete at WrestleMania 40? If Yes, who could be his opponent? Sound off in the comments!
