Gone were the flashy trunks and goatee and they were replaced by corporate suits. They even changed their name to their birthnames – Matthew and Nicolas Jackson. They started ordering everyone to call them by their new names and anyone who didn’t oblige was met with punishment.
Their change in demeanor was clearly evident when they ambushed Sting and Darby Allin during the conclusion of the 2/7 episode of AEW Dynamite to close out the show.
Following this attack, The Young Bucks were set to compete on AEW Rampage against enhancement talent Mondo Rox & Robbie Lit. During their entrance. The Young Bucks sported a new theme song and video.
Fightful Select is now confirming that the new theme song was inspired by Succession’s theme song. Coincidentally, Roman Reigns’ theme song is also inspired by the show.
