Dakota Kai Saves Bayley from Damage CTRL on 2/9 WWE SmackDown

Over a year ago, Bayley formed Damage CTRL with Dakota Kai and IYO SKY. Since then, they have dominated the women’s division.

However, since Kairi Sane and Asuka joined the group a couple of months ago, things started to go downhill for Bayley and the group. It seemed like IYO, Kairi, and Asuka didn’t respect Bayley.

Things hit a fever pitch last week when Damage CTRL turned on Bayley and attacked her. The Role Model fought back and then challenged IYO SKY for the WWE Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 40.

Tonight on SmackDown, Bayley addressed last week’s incident with Damage CTRL. Dakota Kai then came out and tried to prove that she didn’t know any about Damage CTRL’s plans. Kai tried her best to convince Bayley when Damage CTRL interrupted them.

Dakota Kai then grabbed a steel chair and when it looked like she might attack Bayley, she chased away Damage CTRL and threw the chair down.

Based on the incidents of tonight, it looks like Dakota Kai may have been telling the truth but you never know. Stay tuned to Ringside News as we bring you live coverage of WWE SmackDown.
