The Rock’s ‘Moana 2’ Finally Gets Release Date

The Rock is undoubtedly one of the biggest stars not only in pro wrestling but also in Hollywood now. In fact, he has portrayed a variety of roles throughout his Hollywood career, including the hit 2016 animated film ‘Moana.’ Now it seems the release date for ‘Moana 2’ has been revealed.

During the Disney Q1 2024 earnings call earlier this week, CEO Bob Iger made several announcements. During the earnings call, it was announced that ‘Moana 2’ would be released on 27th November 2024.

“Moana remains an incredibly popular franchise,” Iger said in a statement.” We can’t wait to give you more of Moana and Maui when Moana 2 comes to theatres this November.”

The Rock took to Twitter and commented on him reprising his role in ‘Moana 2,’ as he included the trailer for the upcoming sequel film. Naturally, fans are excited for the movie in a big way.

In case you forgot, The Rock is set to act in the live-action remake of ‘Moana’ as well. In the meantime, The Rock has to contend with Roman Reigns during the WrestleMania 40 kickoff press event in Las Vegas today, so we will have ot wait and see how that will turn out.
