Cody Rhodes Claims To Have Made His Decision Hours Before WrestleMania Press Event

The American Nightmare Cody Rhodes finds himself tied with one of the hardest choices to make that could either make or take his career to unprecedented heights. However, just hours before the historic WrestleMania press event, Cody seemingly has made that choice.

Rhodes won the 2024 Royal Rumble match and punched his ticket for a main event world championship match at WrestleMania 40. While it was quite obvious that he would pick Roman Reigns as his opponent, he instead paved the way for The Rock’s return to possibly face his own blood at the Show of Shows.

However, since that very moment, the entire wrestling world has been in full support of seeing Cody Rhodes in that spotlight, with the ‘We Want Cody’ movement trendin straight for days on social media and evident in the WWE arenas, with Rhodes yet to make a clear decision.

Moreover, WWE is set to present a special WrestleMania kick-off press event in Las Vegas today, that will feature the iconic confrontation between The Rock and Roman Reigns. Just hours before it goes down in Sin City, Rhodes took to his Instagram stories to send out a four-word message in regards to WrestleMania 40.

“I’ve made my decision.”

With the fan backlash in full force and Rhodes acknowledging the ongoing support for him, it would be interesting to hear what The American Nightmare has decided for his main event title match at WrestleMania 40.
