AEW Revolution’s Original 2024 Location Unveiled

AEW is already planning for the next year, with Revolution set to be the first major pay-per-view for the company in 2024. The event has been witness to numerous memorable moments, both positive and negative. Change is the only constant and Revolution was no exception, as the original location for the event has now been revealed.

The AEW Revolution event is slated for Sunday, March 3, 2024, at the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, NC. Expectations are running high for the event, fueled by the anticipation of exciting matches and more.

Sting will be ending his in-ring career at AEW Revolution this year, which is undoubtedly one of the biggest reasons why the show has so much hype and excitement behind it now.

According to Sean Ross Sapp behind Fightful’s paywall, it was reported that the AEW Revolution pay-per-view was initially scheduled to take place in the midwest. However, the event was changed to the Greensboro Coliseum because of Sting.

”Sting was also a major part of the decision to face the Young Bucks at AEW Revolution. The planned Revolution location was also changed from the midwest to Greensboro to be more fitting of Sting’s history.”

AEW also reasoned to high demand by adding more seats for the Revolution pay-per-view. We will have to wait and see whether Revolution will end up becoming one of the best events in AEW’s history, as all signs point towards that happening.
