Challenge Issued for Title Match for 2/13 WWE NXT Episode

Baron Corbin and Bron Breakker formed a tag team a couple of weeks ago with the goal of winning the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Tournament.

Despite their constant bickering, Bron and Corbin ran through the tournament and made it to the finals of the tournament against Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams at NXT: Vengeance Day.

Bron and Corbin defeated Hayes and Williams to win the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. Following the win, Corbin and Breakker celebrated their victory tonight on NXT by poking fun of each other. Breakker then called out the NXT Tag Team Championship.

Instead, Axiom and Nathan Frazer came out to the ring for their match. After their match was done, Corbin and Breakker jumped them from behind. Then The Family came out and laid down the challenge for a title match on the 2/13 episode of WWE NXT.

Since the challenge was laid, it’s more likely that Ava will make the match official for next week. It remains to be seen if this is the beginning of the end of The Family’s title reign. Stay tuned to Ringside News for live coverage of WWE NXT.
