Lola Vice won the Women’s Breakout Tournament last year, so it was just a matter of time before she chased in her contract. She did so at NXT Vengeance Day and failed in the end. Now, she gave her first comments following her unsuccessful cash-in.
During NXT Vengeance Day, Roxanne Perez challenged Lyra Valkyria for the NXT Women’s Championship. Perez had it in the bag against Lyra Valkyria until Lola Vice interrupted, cashing in her Breakout Contract.
Tatum Paxley’s attempt to stop Lola failed, turning the match into a triple threat. Lola initially dominated, but a failed attack by Tatum led to Lyra seizing the opportunity, hitting her signature move for the victory.
After her unsuccessful cash-in attempt, Lola Vice broke her silence on Twitter, stating that she’s far from finished. The 25-year-old hinted at another pursuit of the championship, keeping fans intrigued about her next move.
”It’s not over.”
Lola Vice vowed to become a champion in 2024, so we will have to wait and see whether that will turn out to be true in the coming months, as fans would love to see that happen as well.
