Rhea Ripley has proven herself to be a dominant champion ever since she won the Women’s World Championship. She has claimed on many occasions that she runs the women’s division and there is some truth to that.
As WWE is planning to host the Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event in Australia this year, Rhea is expected to feature prominently on the card given that she will be competing in front of her home crowd. The Elimination Chamber PLE is named after the brutal match that bears the same name. This means that there will be an Elimination Chamber match announced for the show.
During a recent interview with Sam Roberts of NotSamWrestling, Ripley stated she would be open to defending her title in the Elimination Chamber match.
“I’d be down for it. I’ve done it before. Let’s be honest here. I love a bit of brutality. Give me some steel. Give me some weapons. Give me some pods. I don’t care. I love all that stuff. I live for this.”
Rhea Ripley was last seen on the 1/29 episode of Monday Night RAW where she was brutally blindsided by Nia Jax while she was addressing Bayley. This could lead to a potential rivalry between the two women.
