Vince McMahon made the news after facing allegations of sexual trafficking and misconduct from a former WWE employee, which ultimately made him resign from WWE and TKO for good. Now, Jeff Jarrett has also shared his thoughts on McMahon’s lawsuit, believing it to signal the end of an era.
The lawsuit not only implicates Vince McMahon but also targets the company itself and a former executive, all accused of involvement in a scandalous exchange of messages. The plaintiff, Janel Grant, a former employee at WWE’s headquarters, alleges that the leaked texts reveal a deeply troubling pattern of behavior during McMahon’s tenure as Chief Executive.
The text messages expose McMahon’s explicit and coercive language, where he pressured her into participating in intimate activities with other men, including a Physical Therapist. She argues that these alarming messages vividly depict a disturbing picture of her experiences under McMahon’s leadership.
While speaking on his My World Podcast, Jeff Jarrett shared his thoughts on the recent allegations against Vince McMahon, expressing that the screenshots he read depicted a toxic and disturbing situation that is hard to comprehend. Jarrett added that it signifies the end of an era in professional wrestling and marks a new day for the industry
“The screenshots that I read, it was toxic, it was unbelievable and hard to wrap my head around all of it. It is disturbing and for all intents and purposes, it’s the end of an era and it is a new day in the professional wrestling business. The joke was he was going to die in that seat, but the tragedy of how the man, Vince McMahon, sits today is unbelievable.”
WWE Divas also allegedly left Vince McMahon’s office in a manic state. A lawyer also believes the trafficking lawsuit will not come to trial. We’ll have to see whether Vince McMahon will be brought to justice over these allegations and more.
