Charlotte Flair, who sustained a knee injury on the December 8th, 2023, episode of Friday Night SmackDown, has undergone surgery and is showcasing impressive progress in the gym. In fact, she performed an insane workout just four weeks after her surgery.

Fans are deeply disappointed as Charlotte Flair, recovering from surgery since January 5th, will be absent from both the Royal Rumble Premium Live Event and WrestleMania 40 this year.

Charlotte Flair provided a recent injury rehab update, sharing that she is already back in the gym just 14 days after undergoing surgery. Clearly, she wasn’t done shocking fans either.

The Queen of WWE took to Twitter and uploaded a video of herself performing deep squats just four weeks after her ACL surgery, which is nothing short of incredible when it comes to her recovery progress.

“🙏🏻🫶🏻 #4weeks”

Even Ric Flair stated that Charlotte Flair is crushing her recovery progress following the surgery. We will have to wait and see whether the 14-time Women’s Champion will be able to make her in-ring return ahead of schedule, as that seems to be the likely case.
