Adam Copeland, Christian Cage. Jeff Hardy, Matt Hardy, Bully Ray, and D-Von will forever be tied together because of their Tables, Ladders, and Chairs classics, that truly cemented their legacies.
Many feel their clash at WrestleMania 17 is still the best TLC match of all time as well. All six men are now outside of WWE and could potentially do another DLC match if possible.
While speaking to Alex Nino Ghecciu of the Lethbridge Herald, Adam Copeland was asked if they would ever recreate the TLC match in AEW. Copeland made it clear that will not happen as they are all in their 50s.
”People say (they want to see it), but no, actually stop and think about it for a second. We were in our early 20s when we did those matches. We’re in our 50s now. Leave it in a very good place in memory, and let us do what we do now, which is tell better stories.”
Adam Copeland remains active thanks to his Cope Open every week and fans are always excited for his opponent as well. We’ll have to see what’s next in store for the Rated R Superstar.
