Matt Riddle Confident About WWE Return After CM Punk Comeback

Matt Riddle’s time in WWE was marked by controversy stemming from his behavior outside the ring, which ultimately led to his unexpected departure last year. However, it appears Riddle is confident about a WWE return after even CM Punk came back.

Riddle had a lot of potential to become a main event player but his problematic personal life ended up derailing his momentum numerous times. It didn’t help that he failed the WWE’s Wellness Policy as well.

CM Punk made his return to WWE last year at the Survivor Series Premium Live Event, coming back after a decade and even engaging in a program afterwards. While speaking to Chris Van Vliet, Matt Riddle was asked about a WWE return.

The Original Bro stated that if CM Punk could come back to WWE, he is confident he can as well. Riddle also made it clear he bears no ill will towards WWE and is always thankful for the opportunity they gave him.

“If CM Punk could come back, I could definitely come back.” “I have no ill will. I am thankful for the opportunity they gave me.”

Matt Riddle also believes that a reunion with Randy Orton is guaranteed. Riddle might not be part of WWE anymore, but he will always have a lot of respect for the company. We’ll have to see if RIddle does return to WWE someday.
