WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus had an extended program in WWE earlier last year against Becky Lynch, something that fans never thought was possible. She has been absent for a few months now but Stratus has revealed her condition in order to return at the WWE Money In The Bank Premium Live Event this year.

Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus’ feud took over WWE television for several months and it ended at WWE Payback, where they faced off against each other in a steel cage match. Stratus would lose the match, which ended up being the last match of her run with the company so far.

WWE is considering a return to Trish Stratus’s hometown of Toronto for the 2024 Money in the Bank event. While speaking with Alex McCarthy of Inside of the Ropes, Stratus expressed her willingness to return to the ring under specific conditions.

The WWE Hall of Famer gave more emphasis on the importance of providing a unique story for the audience and ensuring she can perform at a level that aligns with her prior body of work.

“I always say if I can check all these boxes. If I can add something different, make something interesting with a unique approach to different characters, then I’ll do it. I also say, as long as I can go 100%. I’m never gonna come back and be like, ‘Listen, I’m gonna do this, but I’m only at like 60%, so I’m gonna do only like half my moves.’ I’m not gonna do that. I want to give you 100%. I never know until I get in.”

”If the call comes, I’ll have to check those boxes. Can I still go? I’ll get in the ring, I’ll see where I’m at, and then see what the idea is. It’s always about creative and making sure that it’s something that will Stratusfy the fans and be something exciting and different.”

Trish Stratus also previously expressed her desire to win an 8th Women’s Title. Only time will tell whether WWE will have something significant planned for Stratus, should she make her return at the Money In The Bank Premium Live Event.
