Jade Cargill recently joined WWE, sparking anticipation among fans for her in-ring debut at the Royal Rumble. She finally debuted at the Rumble and had a solid performance there. Despite the excitement, she acknowledged that her journey couldn’t have begun better than in AEW.
Jade Cargill debuted in WWE at the WWE Fastlane Premium Live Event and in the weeks since then, she has appeared on Monday Night RAW, NXT and Friday Night Smackdown back to back.
Prior to all that, Jade Cargill was booked as an unstoppable force in AEW as the TBS Champion, where she had an incredible undefeated streak for a very long time.
While speaking to Denise Salcedo in an interview, Jade Cargill talked about her time in AEW and stated that she couldn’t have gotten a better start than in AEW.
“I felt like I would have not gotten a better start than in AEW. I think the veterans in the locker room prepared me for the grander stage at WWE. I got a great experience there being thrown into the water and being able to swim and survive, it prepared me for the big stage that WWE has.”
Jade Cargill also put the whole WWE women’s division on notice following her Royal Rumble debut. We will have to wait and see how she will be booked in the coming months, as fans are hoping she will succeed in WWE.
