The WWE Royal Rumble Premium Live Event was held on January 27th and it had a ton of hype behind it because of the sheer number of surprises the company can have for fans. It lived up to expectations and once again broke records for good measure. Now it appears that the show set a new attendance record.

The Royal Rumble Premium Live Event was held in the Tropicana Field, St. Petersburg, Florida. It was truly a night worth remembering as the likes of Cody Rhodes and Bayley won their respective Royal Rumble matches.

The show also featured the debut of Jade Cargill, return of Andrade, Liv Morgan and also the shocking debut of Jordynne Grace to boot.

While speaking during the post Royal Rumble press conference, Triple H revealed that WWE set a new attendance record for Tropicana Field, with 48,044 members of the WWE Universe present at the 2024 WWE Royal Rumble.

The Royal Rumble will certainly go down in history as one of the most significant events in recent memory. We will have to wait and see how WWE will continue to build their momentum as we are officially on the Road to WrestleMania 40.
