Lawyer of Victim Suing Vince McMahon for Trafficking Releases Statement

Vince McMahon is once again in the news today after he was accused of sexual trafficking and many other allegations by a former WWE employee. Now, the lawyer of the victim has released a statement on the matter.

Vince McMahon is accused of sexual trafficking and misconduct by former WWE employee Janel Grant. In her lawsuit, Grant alleges McMahon shared explicit content of her without consent, involving other WWE employees, unnamed executives, and stars, directing her to engage in sexual activities with them.

According to PWInsider, Ann Callis of Holland Law Firm, representing Janel Grant in her lawsuit against Vince McMahon and WWE, issued a statement condemning the alleged sexual assault and trafficking.

The complaint aims to hold the executives McMahon and Laurinaitis, accountable, along with the organization for facilitating or ignoring the abuse. Ms. Grant, described as a private and courageous individual, hopes the lawsuit will prevent future victimization, urging the organization to take responsibility for its leadership’s misconduct.

”Today’s complaint seeks to hold accountable two WWE executives who sexually assaulted and trafficked Plaintiff Janel Grant, as well as the organization that facilitated or turned a blind eye to the abuse and then swept it under the rug.”

“She is an incredibly private and courageous person who has suffered deeply at the hands of Mr. McMahon and Mr. Laurinaitis.  Ms. Grant hopes that her lawsuit will prevent other women from being victimized. The organization is well aware of Mr. McMahon’s history of depraved behavior, and it’s time that they take responsibility for the misconduct of its leadership.”

Even Brock Lesnar was involved in Vince McMahon’s lawsuit. Details about John Laurinaitis’ involvement in the lawsuit were also revealed. We will have to wait and see how the lawsuit will progress in the coming months, as things clearly don’t look good for the aforementioned names.
