Spoiler on an Injured WWE Star Returning at Saturday’s Royal Rumble Event

Ever since her WWE debut, Sonya Deville has played a variety of roles on television. She went from being in a tag team with Mandy Rose to becoming an authority figure before transitioning back into a singles wrestler.

Deville’s career had finally hit its peak when she started teaming with Chelsea Green last year. Although the two women lost quite a lot of their matches, it was still entertaining to watch them get beat. Green and Deville surprised fans when they won the Women’s Tag Team Championships.

However, soon after winning the titles, Sonya Deville tore her ACL and has since been absent from WWE television leaving her tag team partner to defend the titles with Piper Niven.

According to PWInsider Elite, Sonya Deville could make her return to the ring at the 2024 Royal Rumble match. She was even present at the WWE Performance Center recently and is expected to be a part of the match.

It wouldn’t be a surprise to see Sonya Deville make her return to the ring at the Royal Rumble match since the match is known to have many surprise entrants. The 2024 Royal Rumble is set to take place this weekend on January 27 from Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida. So far, only six women have declared themselves for the Royal Rumble match including Becky Lynch, Nia Jax, and Bayley.
