Drew McIntyre’s future with WWE has been a subject of speculation, as his contract is reportedly set to expire this year. In fact, it appears he still hasn’t signed a new contract with the company even now.

As previously reported, Drew McIntyre was considering various options as his contract expiration date approached. However, fans remain convinced that there is no way McIntyre would leave WWE in any manner.

According to Mike Johnson on PWInsider Elite, it was reported that The Scottish Warrior has yet to still sign a new contract with WWE even now. It was noted that if he doesn’t sign a new deal, McIntyre will be free to compete anywhere after WrestleMania 40.

“Drew McIntyre still hasn’t signed a new contract w/WWE. If a new deal isn’t reached, McIntyre would be free & clear to sign anywhere right after WrestleMania 40.”

It’s worth noting that Drew McIntyre’s contract, initially set to expire in April 2024, could extended due to his absence. Nevertheless, McIntyre’s contractual status with WWE continues to be a topic of discussion.

Drew McIntyre is currently beefing with Cody Rhodes, CM Punk and others as we head towards the Royal Rumble Premium Live Event on January 27th. It remains to be seen whether McIntyre will stick with WWE in the end.
