Charlotte Flair has been on the shelf after suffering a knee injury on the December 8th, 2023 episode of Friday Night SmackDown. She already had surgery for the same and is now already performing impressive feats at the gym.
Fans are deeply disappointed as Charlotte Flair, recovering from surgery since January 5th, will be absent from both the Royal Rumble Premium Live Event and WrestleMania 40 this year.
Charlotte Flair provided a recent injury rehab update, sharing that she is already back in the gym just 14 days after undergoing surgery. Naturally, this shocked fans in a big way.
Not only is she just back to the gym, Charlotte Flair is already doing more weights than expected. Flair took to her Instagram story and uploaded a video of herself at the gym, where she performed a 35-pound leg press exercise, which is impressive considering how much pressure it puts on the knees and it’s been only a little more than two weeks after her surgery.
Even Ric Flair stated that Charlotte Flair is crushing her recovery progress following the surgery. It remains to be seen whether the 14-time Women’s Champion will be able to make her in-ring return ahead of schedule, as that seems to be the likely case.
