WWE Showcased Cody Rhodes’ Return Journey During Commercial Break on 1/15 RAW

Cody Rhodes’ journey from his WWE exit in 2016 to his return in 2022 remains an inspiring tale for many. Therefore, it comes as no surprise WWE decided to play his story during commercial breaks on RAW this week.

During this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW in Little Rock, Arkansas, Cody Rhodes opened the show and had a heated promo battle with Drew McIntyre where they took multiple shots at each other.

A fan took to Twitter and revealed that WWE showed a video package of Cody Rhodes’ journey back to the company, mentioning how Cody Rhodes started his own ‘Sports Entertainment Company’ before making his way back to WWE. The video package was played during commercial breaks on the show.

CM Punk and Cody Rhodes are set to have a face-to-face next week on Monday Night RAW. This is in response to the challenge that Punk laid down during RAW this week, so fans are excited for the confrontation in a big way.

With Cody Rhodes set to take part in the Royal Rumble match on January 27th, we will have to wait and see who will end up winning the whole thing, as fans still want Cody Rhodes to finish his story at WrestleMania 40 this year.
