The WWE Royal Rumble Premium Live Event has already garnered a ton of hype as the company always plans some surprise entrants in store for the event every year. However, one former WWE Superstar isn’t sure whether he will return at the Royal Rumble this year.

The company is gearing up for the Premium Live Event and is sparing no effort in that regard. There are many former WWE Superstars that fans speculate will return at the Royal Rumble on January 27th but it’s simply not possible to have everyone on board for the show.

While speaking on Cafe de Rene, former WWE Superstar Maven was asked about returning at the Royal Rumble Premium Live Event. Maven admitted that he hasn’t received any call for a surprise comeback, so his status remains uncertain.

”If it’s happening, I haven’t got the call yet. I know people would like me, ‘It’d be a great spot.’ I haven’t got the call yet, I haven’t heard anything.”

On the other hand, another former WWE Superstar is eyeing a return at the Royal Rumble this year. Even Sean Waltman had to set the record straight about his potential return at the Rumble.

In case you forgot, Maven had one of the most memorable moments in Royal Rumble history when he eliminated The Undertaker with a dropkick. It remains to be seen whether Maven will return at the Rumble this year, as the pandemic already foiled his chance at a WWE return a few years ago.

What do you think about what Maven had to say? Do you want him to return at the Royal Rumble Premium Live Event this year? Let us know in the comments section below!
