Britt Baker was a face for AEW during the pandemic. She even showed up when she was injured, while carrying on angles from a wheelchair pushed by Rebel. Now, she hasn’t been seen for a while, but she’s been around.

Sadly, Britt Baker didn’t take a top-star role on television over the last year. In fact, she didn’t have one promo during the entirety of 2023. Her last matches took place on September 13th and 16th. This absence fueled speculation about a possible injury, but she was at Daily’s Place for this week’s show.

Sean Sapp commented on Britt Baker’s status behind Fightful’s paywall. He said that there is no word about Baker’s television return, but she was around at Dynamite this week.

“I haven’t heard if she’s returning to TV but she was backstage this week and at the Orlando show as well. She lives in Florida, though, so that’s not that out of the ordinary.”

AEW has kicked off 2024 with a focus on introducing new talent and setting up potential contenders for titles. HOOK is slated to challenge Samoa Joe for the World Heavyweight Title on the upcoming episode of Dynamite, and that was a bit of a surprise. That being said, fans are still waiting to Britt Baker’s music to hit once again.

We will have to see when Britt Baker makes her return to WWE television. At this point, her comeback might be only a matter of time. That being said, her current injury situation is not 100% known, either.
