Popular Tag Team Clarifies AEW Contract Status

AEW has a number of people under contract, and it seems that we’re finding out that even more people are under deals all the time. Then again, some are just under per appearance deals, even if they become one of Tony Khan’s favorites.

Turbo Floyd & Truth Magnum went viral thanks to their unique look and names. They have also been a consistent presence on AEW and ROH television for the past few months. That didn’t get them a deal.

Turbo Floyd said on Wrestling with Rip Rogers that the Outrunners are not under any contract with Tony Khan at this time. They are just doing their thing at the present moment.

“We heard the rumor. Mark Henry came on here and said we were signed two months after our debut there, which was a couple of years ago. I wish somebody informed me. No, we are not at the moment.”

We will have to see if the Outrunners get any more television experience, or get contracts. They are certainly willing to go on the road whenever Tony Khan books them.
