Cody Rhodes has become a fan favorite in WWE, defying expectations by consistently going above and beyond for his supporters. Rhodes also agreed to be a fan’s best man during a recent WWE live event and has now confirmed he will fulfil that request.

The American Nightmare is undeniably a top babyface in WWE, attracting fans of all ages every week, whether on the main roster or at live events. During a WWE live event in Spokane, Cody Rhodes promptly agreed to be a fan’s best man after noticing their sign.

This ended up showing a significant and spontaneous gesture on his part. Obviously, many fans didn’t think Cody Rhodes was actually serious about being the Best Man for the fan.

WWE released a video of Cody Rhodes where he addressed the fan’s request. The American Nightmare made it clear that he is determined to be the fan’s Best Man at their wedding in March this year.

‘I should have not seen that sign. Turns out, I’m gonna be his Best Man. Now here’s the funny thing, don’t even know his name. He’s gonna send me a DM on Instagram he told me. Man of my word. I’m gonna end up at that guy’s wedding. So congratulations to future guy I’m the Best Man to. Yup, I’m the Best Man.”

Last year, Cody Rhodes wrestled at a live event despite vomiting right before the match as well. It also remains to be seen whether Cody Rhodes will be able to win the Royal Rumble match at the Premium Live Event on January 27th, as fans would love to see him win again.
