First Teams Announced for 2024 WWE NXT Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic

There are several yearly events in NXT, and the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic is coming back. Named after the iconic Dusty Rhodes, as the American Dream loved tag team action, team will battle for the trophy again this year.

Two matches for the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic have been confirmed. This was announced via social media by their official account. So far, we only have a look at a portion of the teams.

WWE has announced the participation of Bron Breakker & Baron Corbin and Nathan Frazer & Axiom in the Men’s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. Breakker and Corbin proposed their team on last week’s episode and it looks like they could have some fun together.

Both teams are scheduled to compete on the upcoming January 9th episode of NXT, with their respective opponents set to be unveiled on January 8th. We will keep our eyes peeled for the bracket when they drop it.
