Possible Spoiler on Return During 1/5 WWE New Years Revolution SmackDown

WWE has a lot of plans in the pipeline for tonight’s episode of SmackDown. They are going to kick off 2024 in a big way, and that may include a return.

Butch needs to find a partner on SmackDown to face Pretty Deadly. That was left as a big mystery, and we have a possible spoiler about what WWE is thinking for his partner.

PW Insider reports that Sheamus or Tyler Bate are expected to be Butch’s partner. Sheamus’ participation would mean a return after an injury hiatus, where Tyler Bate may make his main roster jump this week.

There’s been a lot of talk about who will be Butch’s partner tonight on WWE Friday Night Smackdown vs. Pretty Deadly.

Internally, the expectation has been Sheamus or Tyler Bate.

We have not heard that either has been seen in Vancouver (yet) but those are the names that have bounced around among talents this week.

Pretty Deadly have been giving Butch a hard time, but he will not arrive in Vancouver alone for SmackDown. On that note, another big return is expected for SmackDown this week, and you can find that spoiler here.

WWE has a lot of options on the table for Butch’s partner. Only time will tell how they will fill that role, but there’s no doubt that they have plans in store for this week’s SmackDown.
