WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle has accomplished a lot during his time in WWE, but he has been retired since WrestleMania 35 back in 2019. Despite that, he made sporadic appearances from time to time and now Kurt has revealed if he is still under a WWE contract.

Angle worked as producer in WWE but he was released back in April 2020, in what was the company’s biggest mass exodus so far. Angle wasn’t able to work as a producer for too long and fans were shocked he was let go.

The Olympic Gold Medalist eventually came back to WWE and was largely featured in cameo roles. Angle was last seen during the RAW XXX edition of the show back in January of last year.

While speaking during a Q&A session at Steel City Con, the WWE Hall of Famer was asked if he’d come back to the company. Angle revealed that he is still under contract with WWE and is sure he will be used for something eventually.

So I do certain events with them (WWE). So, I’m still signed with them. I have a contract with WWE so, I’m sure they’re gonna possibly use me for something at WrestleMania or Royal Rumble or something so, they always come up with something so, I eventually do something crazy with WWE and I’m sure I will in the future.”

Kurt Angle will also start filming for movie about his life this year. Kurt Angle also regretted not having huge merchandise sales like Steve Austin and John Cena. It remains to be seen when Angle will make his return to WWE television.
