MJF lost the AEW World Title to Samoa Joe in the main event of Worlds End. Samoa Joe is going to be a fighting champion, and he is also going to change up the title belt that AEW fans got to know since MJF won the belt.
Ringside News provided intensive play-by-play coverage of AEW Worlds End. That was quite a shock, and it was followed by Adam Cole revealing himself as The Devil.
During the media scrum after AEW Worlds End, Samoa Joe was asked about whether he plans to keep MJF’s AEW World Title design. He was quite blunt in making it known that design is going away.
“Oh, this is going in the garbage, don’t worry about that. This trash right here. This little knockoff Gucci stuff that he got going on, it’s going away. We got the good belt, the right belt, something that’s designed well. I spoke with Tony Khan intensely about it, and we’re very much looking forward to it.
We will have to see what Samoa Joe brings out as his new title belt on AEW Dynamite next week. The Burberry title is about to go in the trash, but we can only hope that Tony Khan gives it to MJF instead.
Samoa Joe is a proud champion, and he wants to represent his title. He’s willing to take on all challengers, and he even made a quip about how there are so many fights backstage in AEW, but nobody’s fighting him.
