Seth Rollins is regarded as one of the top pro wrestlers today. Engaged in an intense feud with CM Punk, Rollins continues to target Punk, adding fuel to their ongoing storyline. This was made apparent yet again during the December 29th WWE house show.
CM Punk’s return at the Survivor Series Premium Live Event has significantly boosted WWE’s stock, breaking records. Seth Rollins seemed visibly enraged following CM Punk’s return at Survivor Series, which turned out to be a way to set up their storyline properly.
In a recent episode of Monday Night RAW, Seth Rollins and CM Punk engaged in a promo battle. Rollins expressed his true feelings, admitting to hating Punk and suggesting that Punk should simply stop calling WWE his home.
Ahead of his big World Heavyweight Championship clash against Drew McIntyre on the Day 1 edition of RAW, Seth Rollins beat McIntyre during the December 29th WWE house show in Toronto. Afterwards, fans chanted for CM Punk, and Rollins decided to go after The Second City Saint yet again with a scathing promo.
“What do y’all think, he’s going to pop through that curtain tonight? Na. He ain’t going to come tonight because, you know what, he doesn’t give a damn about y’all. Hey, I’ve been honest, I’ve said this about CM Punk from day one. CM Punk only gives a damn about CM Punk. But hey, you know what? You’ve all paid your hard-earned money.”
Seth Rollins also regrets meeting CM Punk, whom he once considered his hero. WWE is also aware that Seth Rollins won’t be holding back his feelings about CM Punk in their feud. Only time will tell whether WWE will eventually have them square off against each other at the Royal Rumble Premium Live Event on January 27th, 2024.
