Chris Jericho was set for an AEW World Tag Team Title match with Kenny Omega as his partner at AEW Worlds End. Then Jericho’s name started trending, and it’s not for a good reason. A new allegation of skeletons in his closet came out, comparing him to Harvey Weinstein. Now, fans are chiming in to let everyone know what they think.
Nick Hausman called Chris Jericho out for some pretty terrible allegations, as he hinted that skeletons are in his closet. Another tweet later claimed that Kylie Rae was propositioned by Chris Jericho in a hotel room, and that led to her AEW exit. Kylie Rae responded to that thread with a red heart emoji, which was all fans needed to see to know this was real.
After that story about Chris Jericho broke, tons of fans commented on social media. Kylie Rae’s name also trended in huge fashion, and fans were on her side.
A clip has resurfaced of Chris Jericho during an interview, as he was asked about Vince McMahon’s hush money scandal. In this clip, Chris Jericho’s attitude toward the whole situation is now being looked at in a brand-new light.
“Not really [a surprise in pro wrestling], I mean is it a surprise in any industry when it happens? And really, when you look at it. It’s really not illegal. He had an affair, he paid the lady to not say anything, and they moved on. Ok. People wanted to talk about it, but it’s got an undertone that it’s wrestling.”
Chris Jericho’s attitude was that the woman took the money from Vince McMahon, and that should have been the end of it. Obviously, those comments from Chris Jericho did not age well at all.
