WWE has a lot of solid tag teams on their roster right now, both from the men’s and women’s divisions. Kayden Carter and Katana Chance are the WWE Women’s Tag Champions and they are already on a roll since winning the titles. They also debuted a new finish move at a WWE Live Event recently.
On last week’s episode of Monday Night RAW, Chelsea Green and Piper Niven defended their WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles against Kayden Carter and Katana Chance. The surprising outcome saw them losing the titles, leaving fans worldwide in shock.
Following the title loss, Chelsea Green was determined to get back the titles. At the December 26th WWE Live Event at Madison Square Garden, she and Piper Niven attempted to regain the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles from Kayden Carter and Katana Chance. Despite their efforts, Green and Niven were unsuccessful in reclaiming the titles.
The result didn’t change during the December 27th WWE Live Event in Boston either, where Chance and Carter debuted an amazing new finisher to put down Piper Niven and Chelsea Green. Chance did a handstand on Carter and was dropped directly onto Niven for the win.
Matt Cardona’s entire family came in full force to support Chelsea Green during her Madison Square Garden debut as well. Only time will tell whether Green and Niven will be able to win back the titles.
