WWE Star Steps Up for Goldberg Retirement Match Despite Vince McMahon Denial

Goldberg is certainly a legend in the pro wrestling business and has been absent from the ring for an extended period. Recently, he criticized Vince McMahon for denying him a retirement match in WWE and now a WWE superstar has volunteered to be Goldberg’s retirement opponent.

In case you forgot, Goldberg remains a free agent after his WWE contract expired. Obviously, his retirement match is a major talking point even now. Ringside News exclusively reported that Goldberg is not happy about the status of his retirement match.

It was also reported that Goldberg’s retirement match was not a concern for WWE. Goldberg finally exploded on Vince McMahon recently, as he blasted the former WWE Chairman for denying him his retirement match and accused McMahon of making false promises about a retirement match.

WWE Superstar Ivar of The Viking Raiders took to Twitter and tagged Goldberg in a tweet, making it clear he is more than willing ot be the WWE Hall of Famer’s retirement opponent.

”If you are looking, I’ll have that retirement match with you @Goldberg’‘

On top of his comments about Vince McMahon, Goldberg also revealed his attempt to be part of Sting’s retirement match. Only time will tell whether Goldberg will ever get his retirement match.
