Swerve Strickland vs Keith Lee is a match that AEW teased a long time ago, but nothing ever happened. Then, they suddenly dug that back up as Keith Lee made it known on Collision that he wants that match.
During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that Keith Lee and Swerve Strickland are expected to see a match added to the December 30th Worlds End card.
“Keith Lee versus Swerve is probably gonna be on the pay-per-view, too.”
We will have to see how this pans out at Worlds End, especially after Swerve defeated Hangman Page in that brutal, bloody Texas Deathmatch at AEW Full Gear.
We will have to see how AEW continues building toward Worlds End. It should be quite a night, and it may be a very long one for AEW fans, because the company has a tendency of delivering lengthy pay-per-view events.
