Hulk Hogan has a huge character, and an amazing story to tell. You can take any number of angles when discussing Hogan’s name and legacy, but it appears that Vice isn’t getting the chance now.
As reported by PW Insider last week, the upcoming Vice TV series “Nine Lives Of…” is set to delve into the rise and fall of celebrities, including Hulk Hogan. The series is scheduled to premiere on Wednesday, January 10th, 2024, at 10 PM. However, a recent commercial promoting the show on Vice no longer features clips or mentions of Hogan for the upcoming series.
It remains uncertain whether this absence is an indication that the Hulk Hogan episode has been pulled from the lineup. It appears that The Hulkster is nowhere in sight.
The “Nine Lives Of…” series will explore episodes on various personalities, including WWE Celebrity Hall of Famer Arnold Schwarzenegger and the late Paul “Pee Wee Herman” Reubens, known for his numerous appearances in WWE.
Other episodes will feature comedian Dave Chappelle, Howard Stern, Tiger Woods, the South Park series, and more. Notably, Cyndi Lauper was interviewed for the episode centered around Paul Reubens. The evolving dynamics of the series and the inclusion of Hogan’s story add an intriguing layer to the upcoming premiere.
We’re talking about a really cool series, full of captivating characters, and Hulk Hogan’s name would fit that list. Sadly, it appears Hulk Hogan is not going to be on that lineup at this point.
