WWE called up a lot of Superstars from NXT during the last Draft. That being said, the company hasn’t made the most of everyone. Xyon Quinn has been absent for a while, and that brings a lot of questions.
Xyon Quinn, hailing from the rugby-rich town of Napier, New Zealand, is a skilled professional wrestler recognized for his prowess in the ring. As Daniel Vidot, he brought a lot of attention to himself on the rugby field, but now he is a WWE Superstar.
During a Q&A Session behind Fightful’s paywall, Sean Sapp was asked about Xyon Quinn’s status. At this time, there don’t seem to be any plans for him in the works, and there haven’t been, despite his call-up as a free agent in the 2023 WWE Draft.
“I know that there are some people who like him, but there have never been any main roster plans for Xyon Quinn, and he never really has appeared sicne then.”
It was noted that Xyon Quinn did a #1 contender battle royal for the IC Title, but that’s all he’s done so far. It makes us wonder why WWE called him up as a free agent in the first place.
