Booker T Hopes Bron Breakker Gets ‘Just One More Year’ In NXT

WWE legend Booker T keeps an eye out for up-and-coming talent in pro wrestling. He often gives his two cents about the potential that budding stars have and how they can go about unleashing it in a massive way later in their careers. He recently spoke about Bron Breakker and how he hopes that the NXT star gets another year to stay on the roster before eventually moving up.

In the latest episode of Hall of Fame, Booker T said that he’s observed how Breakker has grown over the last year. He added that Breakker’s entrance always has ‘a feel to it.’ He further said the same feeling is present whenever he’s getting a huge crowd response in the ring or when he delivers his performance.

As for when Breakker might get introduced on the main roster, he posited that it may be within a year. However, he still expressed hope for the NXT star to stay on for just another year.

“I love the growth of Bron Breakker. As far as him going to the main roster and when do I perceive him actually making it to the main roster? I think it’s going to be within the next year. Let’s just say that. I would hope we will keep him for at least one more year. Let’s just say that. I would hope to keep Bron Breakker in NXT for just one more year.“

In the same vein, WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray also mirrored this opinion during his appearance on Busted Open Radio. He said that he’s happy Breakker isn’t being called up on the main roster. For when he should be introduced on the bigger platform, he said that they should wait until the 2024 Royal Rumble.
