‘Hangman’ Adam Page made his triumphant return to the AEW stage on the December 6 episode of AEW Dynamite. The wrestling world had been eagerly awaiting his comeback since Full Gear, and he did not disappoint.
Page wasted no time, attempting to approach Renee Paquette, who was on her way to MJF’s locker room. However, MJF had other plans, and sparks flew as the two clashed in a heated exchange.
MJF, never one to mince words, kicked things off by poking fun at Page’s match with Swerve Strickland, particularly highlighting the copious amount of bloodshed in the bout. The jabs continued as they traded insults about their respective AEW World Championship reigns.
But it was the accusation that truly turned the tables: MJF accused Page of being The Devil. However, Page, always quick on his feet, flipped the script and suggested that it might be MJF who’s The Devil, playing the role for attention.
The fiery argument was brought to a halt by the presence of none other than Samoa Joe, who reminded MJF about their upcoming tag team match against The Devil’s mysterious masked goons later in the show.
With ‘Hangman’ Adam Page back in the mix, AEW Dynamite just got a whole lot more exciting, and fans are in for an electrifying ride as this story unfolds.
