Jey Uso made his return during WWE Payback after he ‘quit Smackdown’, much to the delight of fans. He then made his way to Monday Night RAW and has since been booked very strongly. He also honored Umaga head of his major title match on RAW tonight.
Jey Uso will be getting shot at Seth Rollins’ World Heavyweight Title in the main event of tonight’s episode of Monday Night RAW. That said, tonight holds great significance to Jey Uso for a big reason.
It’s been 14 years to the day since Umaga, Jey Uso’s uncle – passed away. Therefore, Jey Uso took to his Instagram story and uploaded a post, making it clear he would be dedicating the match to his late uncle.
“December 4th. This one’s for you…”
14 years ago today, The Uso also signed with WWE. We will have to wait and see whether Jey Uso will be able to dethrone Seth Rollins for the WWE World Heavyweight Champion. After all, the threat of Drew McIntyre is still very real thing.
