Mandy Rose was a staple of WWE programming for a while. She was on the main roster and appeared on Total Divas. After her run in NXT as their Women’s Champion was halted due to her firing over NSFW paywall content, she hasn’t appeared in another company yet. As she is able to look back at her WWE run, she perceives some heat between some former coworkers.

WWE Total Divas was a reality television series that offered viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the lives of WWE’s female talent. The show premiered in 2013 and ran for several seasons, providing an intimate glimpse into the personal and professional challenges faced by these talented athletes. From the challenges of maintaining relationships to the demands of their in-ring careers, Total Divas showcased the lives of WWE Divas. It seems that things got real between Mandy Rose and the Bella Twins.

During the Alphas Podcast, Mandy Rose opened up about that time on Total Divas where she didn’t feel so welcomed.

“So I come in, and I could just see the look on everyone’s faces, like, ‘Who’s this b*tch?’ But also, like the typical, ‘Hi.’ That’s what I was getting. It was like, ‘Yeah, you don’t belong here.’ Or the first thing Paige said was, ‘But can you wrestle?’ or whatever it was. It’s in the clip. So they were very concerned about me getting training done and putting in the work, which I totally understand. Looking back at it, if I was in their shoes, I would be like, ‘Okay, who is this b*tch? Is she gonna train though?’ Whatever.

“I get it, but I also feel like there was a lot of shade and jealousy — yes, I threw that word out — jealousy happening and it’s okay. We all go through it. But yeah, I didn’t know what to expect.”

Mandy Rose went on to explain that she felt that heat with the Bella Twins especially. She was trying to please them, but now their relationship is so much better.

“I felt like because the Bellas were the big thing, and … they had the most time in there, and they had a big presence about them. Like, I felt like everyone was kind of always … trying to please the Bellas. The girls and … I was trying to please them, too, but … I don’t think they liked me too much in the beginning, I’m not gonna lie. I get along with them great now. I love them, and I have so much respect for them.”

Mandy Rose actually paid tribute to Nikki Bella during her NXT run. She wore a red baseball cap, and it appeared that she mimicked Nikki’s ring gear a bit as well. Perhaps, they were able to mend fences over the years.
