During Pro Wrestling Revolver’s Unreal event, Ronda Rousey and Marina Shafir squared off against Athena and Billie Starkz in tag team match. However, that wasn’t her only appearance as she made her debut in ROH shortly after that as well. Now Rousey made it clear that she won’t be signing with AEW anytime soon.
Ronda Rousey was present backstage at the AEW/ROH television tapings held at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California. Later that same evening, The Baddest Woman on the Planet her in-ring debut for Ring of Honor, as she teamed up with her friend Marina Shafir to face Athena and Billie Starkz.
While speaking to TMZ Sports, Ronda Rousey was asked if she wanted to sign with AEW. The former WWE Superstar made it clear that she has no intention of signing with AEW, as Rousey wants to be a full-time mom.
“No, no, I don’t think so. Just trying to be home with the family, and be a full-time mom.”
As previously reported, Ronda Rousey’s ROH appearance was one-off and she didn’t sign any contract with Tony Khan. Her pro wrestling future was also unveiled. We will have to wait and see what’s next in store for Ronda Rousey.
