AEW made its debut back in 2019 with all the momentum in the world. It is a fact that the company was truly at its peak after All Out 2021 when many felt they were ready to take over the pro wrestling world. Those days are long gone now as AEW is struggling to sell tickets for their shows and now an unflattering photo from this week’s Dynamite has surfaced online as well.

The November 29th episode of AEW Dynamite was held at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The venue has a maximum capacity of 20,000 but they were scaled for 4,979, out of which they sold 4,608 as pointed out by WrestleTix.

A fan took to Twitter and uploaded an unflattering photo of the crowd in attendance from this week’s Dynamite, which was during MJF’s promo on the show. The show was almost sold out but it still looked empty because of AEW’s insistence on using large venues.

Many would agree that AEW shouldn’t rent out venues much larger than they actually should, which has only resulted in these unflattering photos. We can only hope AEW will eventually recover from this rut and get back to their original state, as things certainly do not look good for Tony Khan’s company at this point in time.
