WWE has a lot of exciting stories going, and they have re-inserted some big pieces to their puzzle. CM Punk and R-Truth are back, but so is Randy Orton. When it comes to who Orton will face next, he already has someone speaking his name.
Randy Orton returned to WWE at Survivor Series and later appeared on WWE Raw’s November 27 episode. During the show, after an encounter with Rhea Ripley, Orton secured a victory over Dominik Mysterio, assisted by Jelly Roll. Orton’s participation is promoted for the December 1 episode of WWE SmackDown, and Santos Escobar issued a cautionary message.
During a conversation on WWE’s The Bump on November 29th, Santos Escobar expressed his desire for Orton not to make an appearance, emphasizing that he has no intention of confronting the wrestling legend. He proceeded to call out Randy Orton if he wants to get involved in his matters.
“I just heard that Randy’s gonna show up on SmackDown this Friday. Is that correct? Well, I hope he doesn’t show up. I know he’s the legend killer, but I just sent a legend away for good. I don’t want to send him away too. So if he’s watching this, I hope he doesn’t show up.”
Randy Orton has a reputation of being a Legend Killer, and he even made a pretty penny selling merchandise with that nickname on it. Only time will tell what is next for Randy Orton, but he may just have to step up to Santos Escobar eventually.
We will have to see who Randy Orton tangles with first in WWE. He already helped the babyface team win WarGames at Survivor Series, and that was followed by a match against Dominik Mysterio during the November 27th edition of WWE RAW.
