The WWE NXT Deadline event is scheduled for Saturday, December 9th, 2023, at the Total Mortgage Arena in Bridgeport, Connecticut. During this week’s episode of the show, significant developments were made in preparation for the brand’s upcoming premium live event.

Ringside News provided complete coverage of WWE NXT on November 28th. They did a lot throughout the night to continue their build toward Deadline.

This week’s episode of WWE NXT saw additions to the NXT Deadline card. Dominik Mysterio received a new challenger for the NXT North American Title.

Kelani Jordan was able to beat Kiana James this week in an Iron Survivor Challenge qualifying match. She pulled off this win thanks to Roxanne Perez, who provided a distraction by ringing the ring bell just as James was about to hit her finisher. This distracted James, and she wasn’t happy about that.

Bron Breakker and Eddy Thorpe threw down in the other Iron Survivor Challenge qualifying match. In the end, Thorpe was unable to topple the former NXT Champion. Now, Breakker will get a spot in the big Deadline match.

Wes Lee was also able to win a fatal four-way match for a #1 contender match for the NXT North American Title. He was able to beat three other former North American Champions in Bronson Reed, Johnny Gargano and Cameron Grimes.
