WWE RAW Results Coverage, Reactions & Highlights For November 27, 2023

Tonight promises another exciting night of action as both Randy Orton and CM Punk make their return to Monday Night RAW. We’ll also get to see Piper Niven and Chelsea Green defend the Women’s Tag Team Championships against Natalya and Tegan Nox.

WWE RAW Results (11/27/2023):

The opening package for the show airs.

Randy Orton’s music plays and he comes out to the ring. Randy says he is back for as long as he can stay here. He says he was gone a while. He says the whole time he was gone, it gave him plenty of time to think about his accomplishments and accolades but he had never done one thing which is compete at WarGames. Hence, when Cody Rhodes called him, he was in. He says there was another reason he wanted to be part of WarGames and that is because it was invented by Dusty Rhodes.

Orton says it’s all about making moments and he got to make a moment at Survivor Series. He says he has a bit of unfinished business with the Bloodline. He says he can forgive but he can’t forget and he has receipts for every single member of the Bloodline. He says those receipts are going to come in the form of an RKO.

Rhea Ripley’s music plays and she comes out to the ring. Rhea welcomes Orton back. She says she didn’t take him as someone who would do favors for others or team with someone who tried to end his career. She says he looks more dangerous than ever and it would be a change to see that wasted. She says Bloodlin has fallen and Judgment Day are now the most dominant force in WWE.

Rhea says WarGames was just a bump in the road as they all hold gold. She says if it wasn’t for Orton, Damian Priest would’ve been the World Heavyweight Champion. She says he has made enemies who can make his life a nightmare. She says he needs to worry about Judgment Day as they can put him out permanently.

Orton says he kept in touch while he was injured and every week it’s been about Mami but now daddy’s back. Orton says a lot of things have changed since he’s been injured but the one that will never change as long as he is here is that nobody tells him what to do.

Rhea laughs and says Orton has made his bed. She says she tried to warn him but he has made Judgment Day his enemy. JD McDonagh and Dominik Mysterio attack Orton from behind. Orton fights back and hits an RKO on JD McDonagh. He says as soon as he leaves the ring, he is going to find Adam Pearce and make sure he has a match against Dominik Mysterio tonight.

Alpha Academy is backstage with New Day and Creed Brothers and they says Tozawa is going to team with Otis. Maxxine comes in and say they have a special guest who will watch them tonight – Jelly Roll. R-Truth comes in and says he is looking for the rest of Jelly Roll. He then says he has to get to catering before they leave.

Tag team turmoil match to determine the number-one contender for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships: New Day vs. DIY vs. The Creed Brothers vs. Alpha Academy vs. Indus Sher vs. Imperium

Alpha Academy’s music plays and they come out to the ring. DIY’s theme song plays and they walk to the ring.

The match starts and Ciampa knocks down Tozawa. Tozawa comes back and knocks down Ciampa. Gargano tags in and attacks Tozawa from behind. Ciampa hits him with a clothesline. Gargano goes for a crossbody but Tozawa gets his knees up. He tags out and Otis knocks down DIY.

Otis attacks Gargano and Ciampa in the corner. Tozawa and Otis hit the caterpillar. Tozawa tags in but Campa hits him with the jumping. DIY sends Otis out of the ring and hit Tozawa with the double knee strike for the pinfall.

Indus Sher’s music plays and he comes down to the ring. Veer drives Ciampa into the post. Veer knocks down Gargano and tags out. Sanga with a clothesline to Gargano. He tags out and they hit a double-team move. Gargano rolls up Veer and gets the pinfall.

The Creed Brothers’ theme song plays and they come out to the ring. Julia takes down Ciampa. Brutus tags in and takes down Ciampa. Julius tags in and goes to work on Ciampa. Ciampa comes back with a reverse DDT. Gargano tags in and attacks the Creed Brothers. He hits a slingshot spear on Brutus. Cover! 1…..2….kick out. Gargano with the sliced bread number 2. Julius sends Gargano out of the ring.

Julius tags in and slams Ciampa. Ciampa and Julius exchange strikes. Gargano tags in and kicks Julius in the face. Brutus takes out Ciampa. Julius powerbombs Gargano and Brutus tags in and hits the Brutus Ball and gets the pinfall.

The New Day’s theme song plays and they come out to the ring. Xavier Woods dropkicks Julius and he tags out. Kofi hits Julius with a dropkick. Kofi also tags out and Woods attacks Julius. Kofi tags in and stomps the arm of Julius. Woods tags in and hits a diving elbow. Kofi tags in and hits a splash on him. He goes to work on Julius.

Julius fights back and bodyslams Kofi. Both men tag out. Brutus with an exploder suplex on Woods who rolls to the apron. Brutus suplexes Woods into the ring. Cover! 1…..2…..kick out. He tags out and Julius slams Woods. Brutus hits the moonsault and Julius hit the shooting star press. Cover! 1…..2….kick out.

Brutus tags in but Woods hits a tornado DDT. Cover! 1…..2….kick out. Woods tags out. New Day hit a backbreaker/stomp combo. Cover! 1…..2….Julius makes the save. Kofi sends Julius out of the ring. Kofi goes for Trouble in Paradise and misses. Julius tags in. Kofi goes for a crossbody but Julius catches him and hits the fallaway slam. He tags out and Brutus hits the Brutus Ball for the pinfall.

Imperium’s music plays and they come out to the ring. Imperium attack Creed Brothers. Vinci hits the crossbody on Julius. Vinci clotheslines Julius and he tags out. Julius tries to fight back but Vinci hits the spinebuster while Kaiser punts him. Vinci tags in and powerbombs Julius. Cover! 1…..2…….Brutush makes the save. Julius sends Vinci out of the ring. Kaiser is also sent out of the ring. Julius tags out and Brutus knocks down Kaiser and Vinci. He hits the spinebuster on Vinci.

Kaiser attacks Brutus from behind. Kaiser attacks Brutus in the corner. Vinci tags in and hits the backbreaker on Brutus. Brutus and Vinci knock each other down. Julius tags in and he hits a couple of belly-to-belly throws. He hits a northern lights suplex on Imperium. Julius sends Vinci out of the ring. He then hits a powerbomb on Kaiser. Brutus tags in. Kaiser sends Julius into the post and he hits Brutus with a clothesline. Vinci tags in. Julius superplexes Kaiser and Brutus slams Vinci. Brutus tags in and hits the Brutus Ball for the win.

Winner: The Creed Brothers

Rhea is with Judgment Day backstage and Balor walks in and says they can’t take Creed Brothers lightly. Priest says he let everyone down at WarGames. Rhea says they are a family and they rise together and fall together. Balor asks him to relax. Rhea says just because Priest made himself the leader and lost, they are not going to hold it against them. Priest says he appreciates it and asks about JD. Balor says he is in medical and they should go check on him.

*Commercial break*

Cody Rhodes’ music plays and he comes out to the ring. Cody says his team was able to secure the win at WarGames and he thanks his teammates. He says Orton was his mentor earlier in his career and he helped Cody get the pinfall in his dad’s match. He says the other story is the return of CM Punk. He says nobody knows what’s going to happen. He welcomes back Punk.

Cody says with all these stories, he wants to make some news himself. He says the fans know him by now and there is only one destination for him and that’s why he is entering the 2024 Royal Rumble. The lights go out and Shinsuke Nakamura appears on the titantron. He says Cody is a brave hero who won his battle but he needs him to set him free and to awaken him. He says he was patient with him every week and now he’s done waiting. Nakamura appears from behind and sprays a red mist in his face.

Bronson Reed vs. Ivar

Bronson Reed’s music plays and he walks to the ring. Ivar’s theme song plays and he comes down to the ring.

The match starts and both men exchange strikes. Reed knocks Ivar down. He hits senton. Ivar comes back and knocks down Ivar. He hits a suplex and then leaves the ring. Valhalla distracts Reed and Ivar takes advantage.

*Commercial break*

Reed with a Samoan drop and he follows it with a senton. Cover! 1…..2…..kick out. Ivar powerslams Reed. Cover! 1……2……kick out. Ivar climbs the top rope and goes for a moonsault but misses. Reed climbs the top rope but Valhalla distracts him. The referee ejects Valhalla from ringside. Ivar sends Reed out of the ring. Reeds sends Ivar into the timekeeper’s area. kicks Reed in the face. He climbs onto the barricade and Reed hits the Death Valley driver into the barricade as the referee counts them out.

Winner: Double Count Out

Ivar attacks Reed with a steel chair. Reed accidentally attacks a technical worker. They continue to brawl and security officials try to separate them. Ivar dives onto Reed.

A video of Zoey Stark plays saying she was close to beating Rhea. Shayna Baszler says she will get another chance. Nia Jax says she would’ve beaten Rhea and she will destroy everyone. Shayna asks her to shut up. Zoey challenges her to a match and she accepts.

Nia Jax’s music plays and she walks to the ring.

Judgment Day are backstage and they walk into R-Truth who is in their clubhouse. He says he is enjoying some jelly rolls. He says he wants to be part of their WarGames team. Priest says the match already happen. Truth asks how they did and Priest says they lost. Truth reminds them that Randy Orton returned and they ask him to leave. JD says he will take care of R-Truth.

Zoey Stark’s theme song plays and she comes down to the ring.

The match begins and Stark attacks Jax. Stark is knocked down on the apron. Jax slams Stark. She throws her across the ring. Jax attacks her in the corner. Stark sends Jax out of the ring. Stark dives onto her.

*Commercial break*

Jax slams Stark into the turnbuckle. Jax knocks down Stark. Stark sends her into the post. Zoey hits the corkscrew senton and follows it with a running knee to the face. Cover! 1…..2…..kick out. Jax comes back and attacks Stark in the corner. Jax goes for the annihilator but Stark trips her. Stark with a springboard dropkick. Stark climbs the top rope but is stopped. Jax hits the Samoan drop on Stark. She hits a senton. Jax hits the annihilator for the win.

Winner: Nia Jax

Imperium are backstage and Gunther interrupts them. He says he expects them to sort out the DIY issue. Kaiser promises to get it done. They argue as they leave. The Miz walks into Gunther and says he saw his press conference and he is here to challenge him to his face. Gunther asks if he is sure. Miz says he can beat him and take that title off his shoulder. Gunther says Miz is no threat to his title reign. Gunther says Miz doesn’t belong in the ring with him.

Seth Rollins’ music plays and he walks to the ring.

*Commercial break*

The fans chant CM Punk. Rollins asks them to get it out of their system because he doesn’t want to spend any time talking about him. He says they can talk about the World Heavyweight Championship. Rollins says he is not feeling too good but he is starting to get the itch to be a fighting champion again. He says he went and saw Adam Pearce.

Drew McIntyre’s music plays and he walks to the ring. Drew says what’s most important is what happens in this ring and he wants to shake his hand and congratulate Rollins on winning at WarGames. He says Judgment Day promised him Jey Uso but he didn’t get Jey. He then says he needs to put Jey on the back burner and focus on the World Title.

He asks Seth whether he remembers what he told him before their world title match. Rollins says he told him he would have no one else to blame but himself. Drew says he was right and he says he felt sympathy for Rollins during their match. He says that loss was on him. He says he needs to become the biggest shark to swim with sharks. He demands a rematch. Rollins says he deserves a rematch but the problem is there are a couple more people who deserve a shot more than him.

Rollins says he met with Pearce and he will defending the World Title live on RAW. Drew says Rollins calls the shot and asks who the match is with. Rollins says he is defending the World Title against Jey Uso. Drew headbutts Rollins. Drew throws Seth across the ring. Jey Uso’s music plays and he walks to the ring. Jey superkicks Drew. Seth and Jey superkick McIntyre sending him out of the ring.

Women’s Tag Team Championship: Chelsea Green & Piper Niven (c) vs. Natalya & Tegan Nox

Tegan Nox’s music plays and she comes out. Natalya’s theme song plays next and she joins her and they walk to the ring.

Drew runs into Sami backstage. He says Drew has to attack Rollins when he is not ready since he can’t beat him. Sami says he has had the same disappointments but he always moves forward. He says Drew has already been World Champion twice and yet he is acting like a spoiled brat. Drew says he may need to take his advice and work up the ladder. He says he is going to ask Pearce for a match against Zayn.

Chelsea Green’s music plays and she comes out with Piper Niven.

The match begins and Natalya knocks down Green. Green tags out. Piper is sent into the post. Nox tags in and kicks Niven in the face. Natalya tags in and hits a crossbody on Niven.

*Commercial break*

Green sets up Natalya in the corner. Natalya powerbombs Green. Cover! 1….2…..kick out. Natalya tags out. Nox knocks down Green. She headbutts Green and plants her. Nox kicks Green in the face and dives onto her. Cover! 1….2…Niven breaks it up. Niven tags in and hits the senton. Cover! 1…..2…..Natalya makes the save. Niven sends Natalya out of the ring and she tags out. Niven tags in. Tegan and Natalya suplex Green into the barricade. Niven takes them out with the cannonball. She sends Tegan in the ring and hits a running flying crossbody for the win.

Winner: Chelsea Green & Piper Niven (c)

Randy Orton is backstage and Jey Uso walks into him. He thanks him for joining their team at WarGames. He apologizes for what he did while in the Bloodline. He says he is trying to do right. Orton says he has watched him these past few weeks and they are cool but he is going to handle the Bloodline and as long as he is out of the Bloodline, then they are good.

Randy Orton vs. Dominik Mysterio

Dominik Mysterio’s music plays and he walks to the ring with JD McDonagh.

Jackie interviews Becky Lynch who says she is feeling like she went to war in an epic battle. She says it feels pretty good. She says she has a couple of fights on the horizon.

Randy Orton’s music plays and he comes down to the ring.

The match starts and Orton knocks him down. Dominik rolls out of the ring. He gets back into the ring and Orton hits a body drop on Mysterio who rolls out of the ring.

*Commercial break*

Orton sends Dominik out of the ring. Dominik sends Orton into the steel steps. Dominik sends Orton into the ring. Cover! 1…..2……kick out. Dominik goes to work on Orton. Orton comes back with a clothesline. He hits the powerslam and follows it with the draping DDT. JD pulls Dominik out of the ring. JD talks trash to Jelly Roll who shoves him down. He shoves Dominik as well. Orton slams Dominik on the announcer’s desk. He does it again.

Orton sends Dominik in the ring. JD climbs the apron but Orton his the draping DDT. Dominik with a dropkick from behind and he follows it with the 619. He goes for a frog splash and misses. Orton his the RKO for the win.

CM Punk’s music plays and he walks to the ring. Punk says he is standing in a WWE ring. He is saying he is feeling like himself since Saturday. He says he’s changed and this is the truth. He says he’s home.

He says he didn’t know how this was going to go. He says this is where he belongs and he has been gone for 10 years but the fans never forgot about him. He says he heard the fans and that’s why he’s back. He says he is back to get everything he needs out of this place. He says it’s been nothing but hugs since his return. He says AJ Lee is fabulous and she sends her regards.

Punk says almost everyone has welcomed him back with open arms. He says some people are afraid because they don’t understand but he understands that this is the place with the best competition. He says they are afraid that the most dangerous and controversial man walked into this company. He says the best in the world is back in WWE.
