WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle’s Anticipated Neck Surgery Slated for Next Year

WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle has accomplished a lot during his time in WWE, having a remarkable rookie year and going on to become a legend in the business. His time in the business had its drawbacks, as his body suffered a lot over the years – especially his neck. That said, Angle will have neck surgery again next year.

Kurt Angle has gone through a lot of wear and tear over the years and his body simply couldn’t take it anymore. Despite this, fans still want him to return to the squared circle. That said, Angle previously stated that he needs to undergo shoulder surgery.

That’s not all as the WWE Hall of Famer previously stated that he needs fusion neck surgery as well. While speaking on the latest episode of his Kurt Angle Show, the Olympic Gold Medalist revealed that he will have neck surgery again at the beginning of next year.

“I have a lot of motor skill problems, but just so you know, I’m having neck surgery at the beginning of next year. They’re gonna put in artificial disc replacements and it’s going to help these right here (his hands). I can’t really grab things and things always slip out of my hands and fall. I have horrible motor skills. They said my arms, because they atrophied three inches each and I don’t have any muscle in here, this is completely flat (between his thumb and finger) There’s supposed to be muscle in there but it deteriorated. It atrophied. When I get these rubber discs or disc replacements, they’re going to open up the nerves so they can go down my arm so I have better circulation. The recovery time is two weeks.”

Kurt Angle even noted that he couldn’t feel his pinky fingers due to ongoing neck issues. Regardless, we certainly hope Kurt Angle’s surgery will be a success and he will make a full recovery afterwards.
