The Rock and “Stone Cold” Steve Austin are both known for many things, but they both broke into mainstream pop culture through WWE. Now, years later, we can look back and see how they really compared with each other.

During the latest episode of “Oh…You Didn’t Know,” Road Dogg discussed many subjects, as he is known to do. The current Senior Vice President of Live Events in WWE has a lot that he could talk about.

During that conversation, Road Dogg talked about who was a better sports entertainer, between The Rock and Steve Austin. In the end, Road Dogg has to give those flowers to The Rock. That being said, Austin was a better wrestler

“I say The Rock. And I only say that because she specifically said sports entertainer. And I think, yes, Stone Cold was a sports entertainer, for sure. First and foremost. But what’s he doing now? [laughs]. I went with The Rock on the last one. I think Stone Cold was a better wrestler than The Rock. And some of the stuff that I say might not make sense to you, but it makes sense in my head, and that’s where I have to live.”

The debate about pro wrestling vs sports entertainment has been waged for years, and it continues to this day. It seems that Road Dogg has his own way of looking at things, and he also comes from a place of experience, considering the fact that he spent time with both of those legends in the locker room.

We will have to see what the future holds for The Rock and Steve Austin. They are both in a position where all they need to do is call Triple H, and they could have another match in WWE. The big question that remains is whether either of them are really looking for that match. If anything, Road Dogg will be watching closely along with the rest of us.
