WWE has a lot going on right now, and it appears that the Brawling Brutes might be in line for a breakup. Something is certainly brewing, because Ridge Holland walked out on his partner this week on SmackDown.

During the November 24th episode of WWE SmackDown, the Brawling Brutes faced Pretty Deadly, and a rift in their team became evident. Ridge Holland left Butch to battle Pretty Deadly alone, and despite Butch’s effort, he ended up losing the match with a 2 vs. 1 disadvantage. Commentary highlighted Ridge Holland’s problems with Butch, casting doubt on their team’s future. Sheamus’ return might play a role in resolving their issues and bringing them back together.

Butch recently broke his silence on the shocking SmackDown betrayal that has put The Brawling Brutes in jeopardy. After his tag team partner abandoned him, the former Pete Dunne valiantly fought on, but ultimately succumbed to the disadvantage.

The 30-year-old Brawling Brutes member took to Instagram to issue his first public comments regarding the incident. He doesn’t seem too thrilled about how things went down. He included a photo of himself with Holland, along with an interesting caption.

“choices … probably,”

Sheamus is expected to make his return to the company very soon. He is out of action with a shoulder injury, one that was pretty bad. Now, he may be the one who can step in and fix things between Butch and Ridge Holland.
